1568/70 - Trophy with musical instruments

The instruments, two violas da braccio and a drum, are painted on the top of pilaster strip.

The viola da braccio, front view, has the plates protruding from the ribs with sidecuts at C; the shadows do understand the curvature of the soundboard which has two sound holes at knife with two handles. The bridge is painted summarily, as the tailpiece. The strings are not drawn. The keyboard is lifted from the soundboard and the pegbox at sickle ending with scroll is painted in part.

Of a second Viola da braccio, larger, with the rounded bottom, you see the back, transversely behind the other. Under the two violas are placed the bows of the two instruments.

The drum with two skins, of medium size, is supported with the head and arm by an angel seen from behind and one of rods to play it can be seen behind the two violas.
