Andrea Guarneri, also on behalf of his wife Anna Orcelli, negotiates with Orazio Minnelli, procurator of the spouses Anna Orcelli and Francesco Minnelli residents in Brescia, to silence their claims on the house (formerly part of the dowry of the deceased mother of the two women) divested to Spouses Guarneri in 1663 by Don Lorenzo Pedroni, promising them the payment of the sum of 450 lire, coin of Cremona.
