1600 (second half) - Portrait of a Musician

The musician, whose name does not seem to correspond to that indicated in the inscription of the nineteenth century in the lower part of the picture for a benefactor century Ospedale Maggiore of Cremona, plays a theorbo and has behind him a positive organ, a lute and a guitar "alla leutina".

Of the chitarrone, in addition to the large size and long nack dark, are alluded the three openwork rosette on the soundboard.

Of the positive organ is perceptible in part the cabinet, with the tripartite exhibition of the pipes.

On the wall behind the musician are hung a lute and a guitar "alla leutina" with slats of yew wood.
