Master of Palazzo Araldi

1693/95 - - Still life with guitar

The great teler was designed to decorate a salon of the building of a new Cremona palace of Marquis Gianfrancesco Araldi, just moved from Casalmaggiore.

Instruments represented:

Guitar at the "leutina": Applies five double couses and is laid with the bottom, bent and consisted of probable of wood of yew, with the soundboard upwards and the neck in perspective to the observer, with the head and the keyboard coated in ivory.
