Paolo Sacca (Cremona, ? - 1537)

The lute is realistically reproduced, with a shell made of 9 concave slats, laid diagonally in the lower plane of a bow or arch window; The soundboard is equipped with a harmonic hole, decorated by crossed lines that form 8 slices, but is free of the bridge; well outlined are instead the handle and the pegbox pointing to the observer with 9 pegs with a head heart-shaped, for a 5-chorus armor (4 doubles and the simple treble). In the upper floor there is a three-legged stool laid on the flank.
