The belly is one-piece of spruce of fine grain in the center, widening towards the edges. The back is two-piece of medium curl, almost horizontal in the center and in the lower section, ascending from left to right in the upper section. The ribs are of maple similar to the back, of medium to fine curl. The scroll is plain. The varnish is golden-brown.
