1600 c. - Violin

The front is of pine of rather open grain on the right side and of finer grain on the left side. The back is two-piece of small curl slanting downwards to the right. The ribs are marked by an irregular broad curl, cut on the slab. The scroll is of maple, of rather faint small curl. The varnish is brown - orange.
