1615 - Viola "Stauffer"

The front is two-piece of spruce, of regular narrow grain, opening out towards the flanks. The back is one-piece of maple, of medium curl descending to the left. The ribs and the scroll are of wood similar ot the back. The varnish is golden-brown.
