1685 - Small violin

Soundboard of two-piece at medium grain. Back in two pieces of curly maple with a faint medium curl on the left side, more marked on the right side. Ribs of curly maple to curl larger than that of the back. Scroll of curly maple with narrow curl. Light mid-brown varnish with rose touch on a golden ground.
