Soundboard of spruce with prevailing medium grain. Back of two pieces of curly maple with medium-narrow curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with vertex at the bottom. Ribs of wood similar to that of the back. Scroll of curly maple with narrow curl. Brown-orange-golden varnish.
