1715 c. - Violin

Soundboard of spruce of fine grain at the center that widens at the flanks. Back of two pieces of curly maple in medium-large curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with apex at the bottom. Ribs and scroll of wood similar to that of the fund. Pale yellow-brown varnish.
