1778 c. - Violin

Soundboard of spruce with medium grain that widens at the flanks. Back of two pieces of curly maple on average curl, glued in a herringbone pattern with vertex at the bottom. Ribs and scroll of wood similar to that of the back. Orange-brown varnish.
