1806 - Violin

Soundboard of spruce medium grain at the center, the larger the side of the treble and very narrow towards the bass flank. Back of two pieces of curly maple with narrow curl marked, glued to slight herringbone with apex at the top. Ribs of curly maple wich broader curl. Scroll of curly maple with medium curl. Orange-brown varnish on a light background.
