1500 (early) - The sufferings of Job

In the crowded painting appears a duo of player of zampogna and rebec.

The rebec has a monoblock body slightly arched with sicle pegbox ending with a feline head. The soundboard has two sound holes at C with the ends turned inwards and the bridge that crosses the entire width and supports the two strings fastened to the lower end of the body.

The zampogna, with a small bag, bears the only melody chanter.
